Every city in Canada has newspapers, radio stations, and television stations. Even small towns usually have a daily or weekly newspaper. All have reporters who need stories to fill their pages or air time. It would require a lengthy tome to set out all the contact information, but you should have no difficulty finding news outlets. Look for a sympathetic reporter to whom you can tell your story.
Two websites can connect you to hundreds of media outlets: www.kidon.com, Kidon claims to link you to 872 individual media outlets. www.mondotimes.com, Mondo Times also provides many links.
Get in touch with your provincial bar association to seek out its medical law section. A web search of lawyers in your community is another route. www.lawmedmal.ca This site lists by city dozens of Canadian law firms that have specialists in medical malpractice.
