October 2, 2011 - Sholom Glouberman, President of PAC, delivered a presentation this morning at the National Case Management Network's Fifth Annual Conference and Expo. The title of this year's conference was Excellence & Professionalism for Case Management in Canada. Sholom spoke about the difficulties that case managers face, and the need for a patients' association.

This presentation was delivered for the Advances in Health Informatics Conference in 2010 as part of the Think Tank on Revisiting eHealth Strategies at the University of Waterloo. The presentation is based on the place of patient information in complex systems.
