Patient Opinion was founded in 2005 and since then has grown to be the UK's leading independent non-profit feedback platform for health services. Patient Opinion is about honest and meaningful conversations between patients and health services. The belief is that your story can help make health services better. How it work:

• They send your story to staff so that they can learn from it
• You might get a response
• Your story might help staff to change services

Pulse is an online magazine that uses stories and poems from patients and health care professionals to talk honestly about giving and receiving medical care.

Pulse is also an online community, a chance for patients, doctors, nurses, social workers—everyone—to come together, share  experiences in health care, and explore a common wish for a humane system of health for all.

I am laying before Parliament, under section 14(4) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993 (as amended), this report of ten investigations into complaints made to me as Health Service Ombudsman for England about the standard of care provided to older people by the NHS.

The CAPCH is founded on the belief that the Canadian Health System should inform, empower and support each person as the manager of their well-being and that all Canadians should have access to a defined, publicly-funded level of care and service.
