Primary Care: Promoting Collaboration and Understanding
Primary care is the first point of contact for most patients, regardless of age or concern. The quality of the primary care system has a cascading effect throughout the health care system. Given its pivotal role, continuous improvement and commitment to excellence is non-negotiable. On September 13th, The Ontario Hospital Association is coming together with other prominent healthcare organizations to present a day of education that allows hospitals and primary care to learn more about eachother. This deeper knowledge will ultimately improve care for all Ontarians. Click here to learn more about the conference.
