Is your Physician committed to Patient-Centred Care?
In September 2010, the Patients' Choice Awards will take place in Sarnia. This initiative is the first of its kind in Canada where patients can nominate the candidates and another group, also patients, judge the entries and decide the winners.
The deadline to nominate your family physician or Hospital-based Specialist is September 10th, 2010. The location of the awards ceremony will be announced closer to the date.
