Please join us Wednesday, March 23rd for an afternoon meeting to review the session notes from our Inaugural Conference on Improving the Patient Experience.
The sessions produced a lot of wonderful content, but it needs analysis and clarification. As a group we will hone in on the dominant ideas of each session.
Our staff will then prepare short coherent summaries of each session, post them on our web site and send them to our e-membership. The results will inform PAC’s future agenda.
