The Change Foundation has published an update on its 2010-2013 strategic plan Hearing the stories, changing the story which focuses on advancing a patient-centred health-care system in Ontario.
They recently reviewed patient and provider surveys of individual and caregiver experiences with the health-care system. It looks at 24 surveys of patient or caregiver experiences with the health-care system, either based in Ontario, or if national, with a presence in Ontario.
